PROPERTY IS THROUGHLY CLEANED AFTER EACH RENTAL. BATHROOMS CLEANED WITH CLOROX, FLOORS, COUNTERTOPS ETC. WASHED AND SANITIZED AFTER EACH RENTAL, ALL BEDDINGS ARE FRESHLY LAUNDERED.
BACK UNIT VRBO#115201 CAN ALSO BE RENTED FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE FOR 2 FAMILIES OR LARGER PARTIES. BOTH UNITS CAN SLEEP 16 PEOPLE.

Another great summer of 2022. Weather was amazing, beach was beautiful and water was warm. Taking rentals for summer of 2023.
Family property is located 4 houses from the beach. Beach entrance right at the end of Lafayette ave.
We take pride in ownership wanting a very clean comfortable home to share with our guests. Many higher end upgrades found in properties at a much higher rental fee. Super clean wonderful two family property that has been fully renovated to include granite counter tops, large kitchen, full tile walk in shower, laundry room. You will love the outdoor shower for after the beach. Parking for one car with plenty of street parking.
FRONT UNIT OF TWO FAMILY PROPERTY. Relax at the beach or on the front porch. Steps to beach. Single story great for families with children and senior grandparents. outdoor areas and outdoor shower, grill outdoor front porch area with patio and table set..
One small pet considered with owner approval.
Short walk o boardwalk with the rides but far enough to get out of the excitement. Good family restaurants near by (Saw Mill) (Park Seafood) (Hemingways) those days you don't want to barbecue. Park Bakery its a must for delicious crumb cake & bakery items
Walk/run each morning or night on the 1.5 mile boardwalk to South Seaside Park and Island Beach State park for a great workout. Fishing at many local piers or IBSP. Family playground for the young ones in walking distance. No need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore the Jersey shore.
I am happy to say we have had nothing but great experience renting our home to lovely families. Thanks to those families that have given us so many nice reviews and memories.

Summary: The property was more than we could have expected. The location was perfect. The house was completely gorgeous and so much bigger than it appears. The front porch was so great to have to sit on and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. Beds super comfy. Grill was awesome. Only great things to say. Owner super responsive with our questions. Beach was beautiful, waves nice too. We didnt want to leave.

Summary: The house was clean and perfectly located near the beach and boardwalk. It was walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. He even provided suggestions of what to do when it rained. Pets are allowed which is a definite plus as most rentals don’t allow pets. My dog loved spending time outside on the front porch as much as we did. Even the neighbors were nice! We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning our stay here for next year.

Summary: Not your typical shore rental. Very modern with updated finishes. Nicely decorated. Perfect for family groups and retirees (only 4 steps to enter.) CLEAN! 1 1/2 baths. Quick walk to the beach and boards. Grandkids loved it. Highly recommended.

Summary: My family has been staying in Seaside Park each summer for the past 7 years, and this has been the most beautiful and up to date house to date. The owner is amazing in responding back to any questions or concerns we had. This is definitely a hidden gem in the beautiful town of Seaside Park.

Summary: Had a wonderful week. The house and location are better than the photos. Clean, user-friendly, everything we needed. On a quiet block a half block from a quiet beach. If you need a little action, it's only 3 blocks away. Looking forward to returning.
